These terms and conditions govern your use of the Trivo Legal Consulting (a professional firm) website and the services provided through it. By using the site or booking any service, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms.

01. Scope of Service

Trivo Legal Consulting (a professional firm) provides legal advisory services, court representation, and digital contract notarisation in accordance with the scope of work agreed for each individual file.

Browsing this website or booking an introductory consultation does not create a lawyer-client relationship unless and until a formal legal services agreement is signed.

02. Booking & Appointments

Consultations are booked electronically through our platform, and an appointment confirmation is sent by email or text message.

The client has the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment in accordance with the policy announced at the time of booking.

03. Fees & Payment

Legal fees are determined either as a fixed amount, based on hours worked, or as a percentage of the dispute/transaction value, and the fee structure is disclosed in writing before work begins.

Electronic payments are made through licensed payment gateways, and the firm does not store payment card details.

04. Contracts & Digital Signature

The electronic signature adopted through our platform has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the UK's Electronic Communications Act and its implementing regulations.

05. Confidentiality

The firm is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and documents provided by the client, and it may not be disclosed except with their consent or pursuant to a binding legal order.

The firm bears no responsibility for any decision made based on the site's general content without direct legal consultation.

08. Termination of the Contractual Relationship

Either party may terminate the legal services agreement in accordance with the terms set out in the signed service contract, with settlement of fees due for work completed up to the termination date.

09. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website or the services provided, unless another resolution mechanism such as arbitration is agreed upon.
